The Igniting Intuition Method™

The Igniting Intuition Method™ is a gentle, intentional approach to creative wellness. Through four interconnected practices, participants are invited to slow down, notice what is present, explore through creativity, and carry meaningful awareness into everyday life.

PAUSE

Make room to arrive.

Slow down and step away from the demands of the moment. Through breath, grounding, or mindful awareness. Pause creates space to become present with yourself.

REFLECT

Listen to what is present.

Turn inward with curiosity and without judgment. Reflection may include journaling, storytelling, prompts, quiet observation, or simply noticing thoughts, feelings, sensations, and what feels meaningful.

CREATE

Give expression another language.

Explore through color, texture, words, images, movement, and materials. Creating is not about artistic skill or producing something perfect, it is about allowing curiosity, intuition, and expression to guide the process.

RECONNECT

Carry the experience with you.

Bring the experience together by reconnecting with yourself, others, and what matters most. Notice what feels true, grounding, or newly visible, and carry an insight, intention, or sense of renewal into what comes next.

THE PRACTICE IS THE PROCESS

There is no single right way to move through the Igniting Intuition Method™. Sometimes you may need to pause longer. Sometimes creating becomes the reflection. Sometimes reconnection happens quietly afterward.

The invitation is simply to begin where you are.

Pause. Reflect. Create. Reconnect.
